About Me

So over this next year, we get to be just a little part of each others lives, I'm excited about that.  I'm excited to see how we are able to encourage, challenge, and support one another on this journey together. I can't wait to get to know you! Here's a little insight so you can get to know me!

I love being with my family.  I have 2 amazing parents, a younger sister, and an older brother, and the cutest niece in the world.  I also love being with friends.  Good friends are the greatest because you can be completely yourself and weird and it's just plain fun with them.  You might also find me outside.  Frisbee, softball, tennis, golf, you name it, I'll do it.  But I also like to be crafty and make things :)

I'm going into my 2nd year of teaching this year.  I always grew up with my best friend playing school, so I knew I wanted to be the real thing one day.  It's way more fun having real students though :)  I graduated from Morehead State University, so when you get to be a senior in high school trying to decide on a college...remember Morehead-because it's the BEST. SCHOOL. EVER.  You should go there.

After I graduated from Morehead, I went to Africa for 5 months.  I went as a missionary, got to teach some really great kids while I was there.  I helped install water wells for some villages, assisted with some medical clinics, and taught some cute kids.  If you're ever bored-ask me about Africa!  It was the best experience!

Ok, that's some of me!  I want to know all about you too. The only bad thing about having 120 of you all is that I don't get to know you all as much as I would like :(  So the more you share with me the better.  Share it every chance we get, I will LOVE it!!
